Lab rats (ages 6-9)
This is where little grapplers learn, explore and have fun on the mats. This class will introduce jiu-jitsu through age appropriate instruction, games and movement. Students will build coordination, confidence, discipline all while learning the fundamentals.
Tuesday/Thursday 4:15-5:00
The scientists (ages 10-15)
This class will focus on technique, positional awareness, problem-solving, discipline and live training in a structured, positive environment.
Whether training for competition or simply looking for a challenging hobby, The Scientists gives teens the tools to become smarter, stronger more confident grapplers.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, BJJ, is a grappling-based martial art focused on leverage, technique, and problem-solving.
